Today I stand before you to give a speech on Republic Day. Before I continue, I would like to wish all of you here present a happy Republic Day.
I am so fascinated when my class teacher told me a few days ago that you have been selected to give a speech on January 26. I’m happy, but also a little nervous, because I’ve never given a speech in my school life.
As you all know today, we have gathered here to celebrate the auspicious Republic Day which we knew as well as “Gantantra Divas” and as we all know that on this day in 1950 our entire Constitution came into effect. Moreover, it was passed on November 26, 1949 under the presidency of our favorite Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar and we all know him as a father of Indian Constitution, he is one of the greatest leaders of modern India at that time.

On this Republic Day, let’s take a moment to remember and honor the sacrifices of our freedom fighters, who fought for the independence and sovereignty of our nation. The Constitution of India, which came into force on this day in 1950, guarantees certain fundamental rights to all its citizens and provides a framework for the government to function in a transparent and accountable manner.
Also, as we celebrate this day, let’s not forget that we have a lot of work to do to ensure that these values are lived and that every citizen has access to education, health care and a fair chance to succeed. It is our collective responsibility to build a better future for all and create a more just and prosperous society.
On this Republic Day, let’s pledge to do our work to make our country stronger and more united, and to build a better future for all.
